unknown future events of a sewer back-up in our house were alleviated
and made easy to deal with due to the immediate response of your
company's personnel coming to the house and dealing with the issue at
hand. The attention to all problem areas needing to be addressed -- from beginning to the end -- was accentuated by the receipt of a detailed written report of action which had taken place. The cooperative referral system to another company to continue restorative work was great!
