"I recently moved to Omaha, and I have a lot of Ethan Allen furniture that has been in storage since 1994. This includes a sofa and love seat that needed to be cleaned professionally. I just want you to know for the benefit of others that I was very pleased with the results. The cleaning process was tested on a single pillow first in order to evaulate the results because of the type of fabric involved, and this was free of charge. In the end, the wrinkles and impressions from being in storage were removed; and the sofa could actually be a shade lighter. In other words, a cloud of dust no longer appears if you hit one of the arms of the love seat hard enough with your hand! New life has been breathed into furniture that has been moved three times and placed in long term storage more than once since I bought it. Of course, this also says something about the quality and durability of the furniture in the first place. I also found the staff to be very friendly, helpful and professional.
